About Our Client
Our client is sourcing a Business Analyst Operations for a 6-month contract.

About the Opportunity

• Work with teams across the organization to understand how processes currently operate
• Participate in working sessions to identify issues, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Analyze workflows to highlight risks, gaps, and areas for better control
• Summarize findings clearly to support process improvement decisions
• Support redesign efforts that improve efficiency, quality, and consistency
• Create and maintain end-to-end process documentation
• Develop workflow diagrams and high-level process maps
• Ensure documentation follows consistent standards and is kept up to date
• Support process improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities
• Assist with pilot activities and help assess results and effectiveness
• Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement efforts
• Share outcomes with stakeholders and incorporate feedback into future updates
• Monitor adoption of new processes and support ongoing refinements
• Use standard business tools to support documentation and collaboration
• Work with technology partners to identify opportunities for automation
• Support basic reporting and data analysis related to process performance
• Assist with rollout and adoption of new processes and standards
• Contribute to change management and user enablement activities
• Help develop training materials, guides, and reference documents
• Maintain shared repositories for tools, templates, and documentation
• Support governance and ongoing improvement practices
• Gather and document business requirements to support future-state processes

About You

• Background in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operational roles
• Knowledge of process mapping, workflow analysis, and problem-solving methods
• Ability to work with data and translate insights into practical recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a changing environment
