POSITION MANDATE

The Team Power Solutions group of companies (TPS) is seeking a senior technology leader to

drive our digital transformation initiatives. The overall mandate for the role is to develop and

execute a future-ready digital strategy for the organization that is aligned with business goals,

and to define and execute a transformation roadmap that enhances efficiency, scalability, and

profitability of TPS.

The role will partner closely with senior leaders, IT Operations, and business unit managers

across the organization to help evaluate current technologies and identify opportunities to

optimize operations through digital transformation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Technology Strategy & Roadmap

• Assess TPS current systems, infrastructure, and applications against business

needs

• Develop and implement a multi-year technology and data strategy for TPS that

is aligned with company growth objectives and industry trends

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions and platforms to

support future needs

• Establish data governance and business intelligence frameworks to support

data-driven decision making

• Ensure alignment of solutions across all business units and geographical

locations of the organization

2. Execution & Transformation

• Lead the design and execution of digital transformation initiatives across TPS

business units

• Drive process optimization, automation, and integration initiatives

• Collaborate with department leaders to re-engineer workflows, remove

bottlenecks, improve productivity, and strengthen decision-making capabilities

• Oversee implementation of new systems, ensuring appropriate change

management and adoption

3. Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Partner with IT Operations to ensure TPS cybersecurity standards and protocols

are aligned with best practices (including ISO standards) for industrial systems,on premise data management, and cloud environments

• Stay current with emerging risks, threats, and compliance requirements, and

ensure the organization is equipped to mitigate and address them

• Ensure appropriate business continuity and resilience measures are in place for

TPS digital operations

• Implement safeguards to protect digital assets

• Develop and implement an organizational AI Governance framework addressing

data protection, output integrity, safe deployment, and regulatory compliance

4. Innovation & Emerging Technologies

• Monitor, stay informed and evaluate emerging new technologies (ex: AI,

machine learning, IoT, etc…) for potential impact and application to TPS

• Build a sustainable long-term AI strategy to maximize the competitive advantage

for TPS while balancing risk and data ownership/security. Lead the Company’s AI

Center of Excellence group

• Lead information sessions and pilots of tools that can provide a competitive

advantage

• Foster a culture of innovation through joint experimentation, education, and

collaboration

5. Data Management

• Support building a scalable data architecture that enables real-time insights,

forecasting, and decision-making

• Establish data governance practices to ensure accuracy, integrity, security, and

scalability

• Evaluate current database infrastructure and develop a long-term strategy that

aligns with company goals and growth objectives across new geographies

6. Strategic Leadership

• Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with TPS corporate

strategy

• Be an advisor to TPS leadership on digital and technology trends

• Act as a change agent for TPS, foster a culture of innovation and continuous

improvement throughout the business

• Represent TPS in technology related partnerships, vendor discussions, and

industry forums maintaining the organization at the forefront of digital

innovation

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy or transformation leadership roles

• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business

Administration, or a related field.

• Proven track record evaluating, implementing, and managing enterprise systems and

technology roadmaps

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, cloud solutions, business intelligence platforms, and

process automation

• Deep familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and risk management.• Proven success leading technology implementations and digital transformation

initiatives including ERP implementations, data warehousing strategies, cloud

migrations, AI adoption

• Experience implementing digital change management frameworks

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.

• Ability to bridge strategy with execution and to influence at all levels of the

organization.

• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems (ex: Microsoft 365, SAP, Ceridian Dayforce,

Hubspot, Project Management software, Procurement software, CRM’s)
