Our client, a leading global life sciences and diagnostics innovator, is actively hiring a Customer Care Representative to join their team in Concord, ON!

*This will be a 1-year contract!*

In this role, you will be facilitating America’s Customer Care Centers day-to-day phone activities, problem-solving, and ensuring the team can exceed the required level of service, performance, orders, and revenue targets. You will be part of the front-line team assisting customers and commercial organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate concierge customer service
  • Manage incoming correspondence and re-direct if needed
  • Coordinate/dispatch communications and information to field service and daily work order transfers

Skills:

  • Associate’s degree required
  • 1-2+ years of customer service experience
  • Heavy call center experience
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle 11, and Microsoft Suite
