As part of the expansion of our recruitment team, we are looking for an IT Recruitment Expert to support the talent needs of our private sector clients—ranging from large enterprises to fast-growing startups. You’ll play a key role in identifying top IT talent while supporting the growth and excellence of our recruitment practice.
Main Responsibilities
✅ Full-cycle recruitment for IT roles
Manage the entire recruitment process, from intake to offer
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to design tailored recruitment strategies
Conduct structured interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit
Deliver a smooth, professional, and human-centered candidate experience
✅ Talent sourcing & market engagement
Source and attract top IT candidates using various tools, platforms, and proactive strategies
Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database
Share best practices with peers to elevate the team’s effectiveness
Represent the company professionally in interactions with both clients and candidates
✅ Mentorship & process improvement
Onboard and guide junior recruiters when needed
Help optimize our recruitment processes and contribute to knowledge sharing
Participate in the evolution of our internal practices and tools
Profile Sought
We’re looking for a tech-savvy recruiter who is both people-oriented and process-driven—someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys building meaningful professional relationships.
🎯 Skills & Requirements
4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
3+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles (developers, architects, DevOps, etc.)
Experience working with private sector clients (corporate, SMEs, or startups)
Excellent knowledge of IT profiles and tech terminology
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with sourcing tools and ATS systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
French is a strong asset, but not required
