About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Intune / Windows Autopilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong hands-on expertise in modern device management and endpoint deployment. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise device provisioning initiatives and ensure secure, scalable, and automated endpoint management.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management (Windows, iOS, Android).
• Implement and support Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning.
• Configure device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
• Manage application deployment, patching, and updates through Intune.
• Integrate Intune with Azure AD / Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, deployment, and policy-related issues.
• Support device lifecycle management including provisioning and decommissioning.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to L1/L2 support teams.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams for endpoint hardening.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (mandatory).
• Proven expertise in Windows Autopilot deployment.
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Conditional Access, and MDM/MAM concepts.
• Experience managing Windows 10/11 endpoints.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, compliance policies, and configurations.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting (preferred).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
