<p><b>Details: </b></p><p>Location: On-site in Milton, ON</p><p>Duration: Permanent, Full-time</p><p>Pay range: $70,000-$80,000/yr</p><p>Hours: 10am-7:00pm</p><p><br></p><p><b>JOB DESCRIPTION</b></p><p>Insight Global is looking for an Asset Dispatcher for one of our transportation/logistics clients in Milton, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and planning the daily dispatch of drivers and vehicles to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of goods or services. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage dynamic transportation schedules while optimizing routes, loads, and resource utilization. This position requires strong and effective customer relations and communication skills.</p><p><br></p><p><b>REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</b></p><p>- 3-5 years in trucking/logistics dispatch (LTL strongly preferred) </p><p>- Knowledge of cross-border (Canada-USA) freight operations </p><p>- Proficiency with TMS systems (Transplus or similar), Microsoft Excel/Power BI </p><p>- Strong analytical mindset with ability to act on data insights </p><p>- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills</p>
