<p>Senior Clinical Data Manager – CRO – Remote</p><p><br></p><p><b>About our Client: </b>Barrington James is proud to partner with a highly respected well established CRO client, seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Data Manager to join their growing team, this is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role in a collaborative, innovative environment working remotely.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Oversee all aspects of clinical data management for assigned studies, ensuring high-quality, compliant data throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Create and maintain study-specific data management strategies and timelines, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client expectations.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for sponsors and internal teams on data-related topics, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and deliverables.</li><li>Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensuring all data handling adheres to regulatory standards, SOPs, and study protocols.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to data management staff, promoting consistency, accuracy, and adherence to best practices across projects.</li><li>Coordinate data exchanges and performance monitoring with third-party vendors, ensuring accurate and timely data integration into study databases.</li><li>Support client audits and inspections, address findings, and contribute to process optimization initiatives within the data management function.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications & Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (life sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, biostatistics preferred)</li><li>5 years clinical data management within pharmaceutical or Biotech</li><li>CRO experience ( required)</li></ul><p></p>
