🌿 About Us

Sarah Ali Philanthropy Inc. is where meaning meets mastery. We help movements, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations raise more money, generate more advocates, and fulfill their missions with clarity and excellence. Our work blends strategy and systems to grow purpose-driven philanthropy from the roots up.

If you’re an operations leader who thrives on structure, communication, and clean execution, you will feel right at home with us.

💼 About the Role

As the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee delivery across high-impact client engagements. You will lead production workflows, run operational rhythms, and ensure cross-team alignment for complex, multi-stream fundraising programs.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to manage sophisticated accounts. Someone who can navigate competing priorities, keep projects on track, and build trust with clients and internal teams.

🧠 What You’ll Do

Delivery Leadership & Operational Ownership

  • Own and oversee delivery workflows in Asana across all active client accounts.
  • Build and enforce repeatable execution systems that reduce friction, eliminate duplication, and ensure predictable delivery at scale.
  • Lead daily scrums, set delivery priorities, and ensure task ownership across teams.
  • Audit project health weekly to identify bottlenecks and proactively realign timelines, scope, and resourcing.
  • Implement and enforce standards for documentation, task naming, and file management across the organization.

Client & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead client delivery calls to capture requirements, clarify deliverables, and translate discussions into structured execution plans.
  • Maintain real-time scope trackers to prevent scope creep and ensure transparency with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment between Marketing, Fundraising, and Tech teams, ensuring outputs meet agreed standards, timelines, and QA expectations.
  • Establish clear communication cadences between internal delivery leads and clients to prevent misalignment or last-minute escalation.
  • Model accountability, calm under pressure, and proactive communication across all delivery touchpoints.

Reporting, Oversight & Strategic Execution

  • Own the reporting cadence for leadership, including dashboards, delivery status, risks, and capacity summaries.
  • Develop scalable templates and tools for project tracking, KPI measurement, and performance management across all accounts.
  • Surface operational insights that inform capacity planning, systems improvement, and strategic forecasting.
  • Maintain, test, and continuously refine SOPs to reflect evolving team needs and client complexity.
  • Anticipate friction points before escalation and implement systemic fixes, not one-off patches.

Delivery Team Leadership & Accountability

  • Lead the Delivery Team directly, including Project and Account Managers.
  • Own accountability for delivery timelines, quality control, workload distribution, and overall team performance.
  • Set priorities across accounts to ensure deadlines, QA standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
  • Establish and run a formal cadence of Delivery Team meetings focused on execution planning, risk mitigation, learning exchange, and capacity alignment.
  • Provide active coaching, management, and oversight to ensure consistent operational excellence.
  • Escalate resourcing constraints, delivery risk, and execution breakdowns directly to leadership with clear mitigation plans.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring project plans are translated into disciplined, on-time delivery.
  • Maintain operational systems as the single source of truth for project tracking, scope management, reporting, and accountability.

Transformation & Systems Design

  • Design scalable operating systems that turn ad hoc execution into disciplined, repeatable delivery.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for project tracking, scope management, reporting, and accountability.
  • Identify recurring breakdowns across accounts and design process improvements that prevent recurrence.
  • Champion a documented-first culture where information, accountability, and decision trails remain accessible and enforceable.

🧩 Who You Are

  • 5 or more years of project management or program management experience
  • Skilled in managing complex digital or fundraising projects
  • Advanced experience with Asana or similar project management platforms
  • Excellent communicator who is comfortable leading client-facing conversations
  • Strong at multitasking and prioritizing under fast-moving conditions
  • Available to work ET hours consistently
