<p><b>Position: </b>Business Information Management Analyst III</p><p><b>Location: </b>Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, transitioning to 4 days onsite)</p><p><b> Duration: </b>6-month contract (Extension & Conversion possible)</p><p><b> Schedule: </b>Monday–Friday, core business hours (37.5 hours/week)</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Role:</b></p><p>We are seeking a Business Information Management Analyst to support business-as-usual (BAU) financial operations within a leading financial institution. The role focuses on analyzing financial transaction data to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and improve reporting processes within the Clarity financial management system.</p><p>You will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to identify issues, coordinate fixes, and drive continuous process improvements across financial reporting cycles.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Extract and analyze large datasets from the financial system of record (Clarity)</li><li>Validate accuracy of financial transactions and identify discrepancies</li><li>Investigate root causes and summarize findings clearly</li><li>Develop and execute action plans to correct financial data within reporting timelines</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate fixes</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial reporting processes</li><li>Participate in meetings with internal teams (approximately 2–3 hours per day)</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills & Experience:</b></p><p><b>Hard Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Advanced Excel skills (large data analysis, formulas, file merging, reporting)</li><li>Experience working with Clarity financial management system</li><li>Strong financial data analysis capabilities</li><li>Experience within large organizations</li></ul><p><b>Soft Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Process improvement mindset</li></ul><p><b>Nice-to-Have:</b></p><ul><li>Experience with Jira or similar tracking tools</li></ul><p><b>Candidate Profile:</b></p><ul><li>5–7 years of relevant professional experience</li><li>Background in financial operations, reporting, or data analysis within large organizations</li><li>No specific degree or certifications required</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Recruiters details:</p><p>Aarish Fahim</p><p>Email: aarish@ustechsolutionsinc.com</p><p>Internal Job Id: 26-02789</p><p><br></p><p><b>About US Tech Solutions:</b></p><p>US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
