Vacancy Status: New

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor betting markets and analyse betting patterns and behaviour to ensure accurate pricing and risk management in real time (pre-game & in-play).
  • Escalate real time issues to the relevant stakeholder, business partners and teams to mitigate possible exposure, including compliance and integrity concerns.
  • Act as the go-to support for our customer-facing teams for all Sportsbook-related queries.
  • Manage and maintain sportsbook betting content, ensuring markets are timely, competitive and engaging for our players.
  • Own sportsbook merchandising, display content and navigation touchpoints, using the daily sports schedule and betting trends to optimize the positioning of key menu links, markets and content widgets.
  • Proactively highlight topical and trending sports developments throughout the day to enhance the customer journey and drive engagement and revenue on related betting opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally to continuously optimize the sportsbook user journey for both new and existing players.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Promotions to build and launch engaging Specials, Odds Boosts and promotional campaigns.
  • Support the strategy and expansion of novelty and non-traditional betting markets (politics, pop culture, entertainment and other emerging segments).
  • Identify new market opportunities that drive revenue while ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
  • Contribute to the planning, evaluation and rollout of new betting features and sportsbook product enhancements.
  • Play an active role in assessing new tools, suppliers, and product opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, VIP, Customer Support and business partners to ensure the sportsbook experience is cohesive and best-in-class.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working for an established Sportsbook (preferably in a sports trading or risk management role)
  • A detailed understanding of the sports betting industry and the various features & functionality available across the sector
  • Comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of sports with focus on North American and Canadian sports and their calendar
  • Exceptional mathematical skills combined with an analytical mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility, self-accountability, ‘’can-do’’ attitude and enjoy working in a dynamic and evolving environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
