<p><b>Role:</b> <b>Senior Technical Business Analyst</b></p><p><b>Location:</b> Must be based in Canada (available EST hours)</p><p><b>Work Arrangement:</b> Remote or hybrid options available</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, an appreciation for design, and a proven ability to define clear, detailed requirements for cross-functional teams. You should be comfortable owning tasks, reaching out to stakeholders independently, and supporting both the client and internal teams through to delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Who You Are</b></p><ul><li>Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and a proactive team player.</li><li>Strong communicator with the ability to lead discussions with both technical teams and client stakeholders.</li><li>Confident in reaching out to gather information and align teams without needing close oversight.</li><li>Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Comfortable speaking about technology and development.</li><li>Experienced in analyzing and challenging designs and solutions with the product in mind.</li><li>Familiar with working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What You Will Do</b></p><ul><li>Lead requirements gathering for a large digital experience team.</li><li>Conduct audits and interviews with clients and developers to improve ways of working.</li><li>Document clear and detailed requirements that support UX, UI, and development teams.</li><li>Translate business objectives into user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria.</li><li>Work closely with the client and agency team throughout the delivery lifecycle.</li><li>Contribute to the technical strategy and ensure project goals are aligned with business needs.</li><li>Create models, diagrams, and specifications for technical teams as needed.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert for developers and qa.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Required Experience</b></p><ul><li>6-10 years in digital delivery or solutioning, with at least 4 years as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.</li><li>Proven experience working with corporate IT environments, including release management processes.</li><li>Experience writing detailed requirements in Jira and working closely with UX/UI and dev teams.</li><li>Proficiency in Figma, and Jira.</li><li>Very Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Nice To Have</b></p><ul><li>Experience with loyalty programs or e-commerce</li><li>Development background</li><li>A perspective on the use of AI</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Additional Information</b></p><p>This role represents an active vacancy at Havas.
