Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Salesforce experience with a minimum of 6+ years in Salesforce consulting or implementation roles.
  • SPIFF experience (mandatory):
  • 2–3 complete SPIFF implementations
  • Experience integrating SPIFF with multiple systems
  • Territory Management experience and Salesforce maps(mandatory):
  • Solid experience with Sales Cloud features such as Leads, Opportunities, Forecasting, Reports & Dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Required / Preferred):

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification – Required
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification – Required
  • SPIFF Certification – Preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SPIFF, Territory Management, and Salesforce Maps, in addition to core Salesforce capabilities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Spiff solution for complex enterprise environments, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end Salesforce implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
  • Drive SPIFF implementations including:
  • Incentive compensation modeling
  • Plan configuration and rule setup
  • Integration with external systems (ERP, HR, Finance, data warehouses, etc.)
  • Implement and manage Salesforce Territory Management including territory modeling, assignment rules, and optimization strategies.
  • Design and deploy Salesforce Maps solutions (mandatory), enabling territory visualization, route planning, and sales optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with various internal and third-party systems using APIs, middleware, or native connectors.
  • Provide solution leadership and best-practice guidance to clients and internal teams.
  • Support data migration, data quality, and reporting needs.
  • Create technical and functional documentation, including solution designs and user guides.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery excellence.
