I’m Zachary Soccio-Marandola, a Toronto real estate lawyer. My practice is built on high-value representation, practical education, and clear, straightforward communication.
We’re building a fully remote law practice powered by modern tools and strong processes. The goal is to assemble a team of real estate law experts, supported by systems and workflows designed to deliver high-quality legal work from anywhere.

What the Work Looks Like
You’ll work on:
- Residential purchases, sales, refinances, and title transfers
- Reviewing Agreements of Purchase and Sale and Status Certificates
- Meeting with clients and guiding them through the transaction
- Preparing closing documents, reports, and trust reconciliations
- Troubleshooting and resolving closing issues as they arise
- Working closely with an experienced real estate clerk
- Contributing to the refinement of systems and workflows
Compensation
- Base Salary: $100,000–$120,000, based on experience
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly Bonus tied to firm goals
- Benefits: Health and dental coverage
