<p><b>Customer Support Specialist </b></p><p><b>Bilingual Legal/Medical Field</b></p><p><br></p><p>Remote role must be physically located in Canada</p><p>Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm</p><p>$28.00</p><p><br></p><p>Are you fully bilingual in English and French with experience in the legal or medical field?</p><p><br></p><p>In this role, you’ll handle inbound, warm-transferred calls, support clients through complex questions, and interpret documentation while managing sensitive matters with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a remote, work-from-home role using your own computer, ideal for Law Clerks, Paralegals, or those with similar legal support experience who enjoy client-facing work in a structured environment.</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do</p><ul><li>Handle inbound, warm-transferred calls</li><li>Support callers with complex legal or medical questions</li><li>Interpret documentation and provide accurate, personalized guidance</li><li>Research issues using internal systems and document files clearly</li><li>Manage sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What We’re Looking For</p><ul><li>Legal or medical background strongly preferred</li><li>Excellent communication, judgment, and active listening skills</li><li>Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Strong attention to detail and documentation skills</li><li>Clean criminal record check required</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Use your own computer with:</p><ul><li>Internet: 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, jitter ≤ 20 ms</li><li>Processor: Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better</li><li>Memory & Storage: 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage (minimum)</li><li>Operating System: Windows 10 or higher</li><li>A MacBook Pro (M1 chip) running Windows 10 or higher may also be considered</li></ul><p></p>
