<p>Here at Focus Cloud we are seeking a <b>Change Management Analyst</b> for a long-term <b>12–18 month contract</b> supporting a large-scale <b>ERP transformation</b>. <b>Workday change management experience is strongly preferred</b>; however, candidates with change experience across other enterprise ERP or SaaS platforms will also be considered.</p><p> </p><p><b>Candidates must be based in Canada.</b></p><p> <b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Support change management activities across <b>Workday / ERP implementation workstreams</b></li><li>Conduct <b>change impact assessments</b> (roles, processes, policies)</li><li>Support <b>business readiness, adoption, and user enablement</b></li><li>Maintain <b>change impact logs, readiness dashboards, and reporting</b></li><li>Partner with <b>project, product, training, and communications teams</b></li><li>Support or co-facilitate <b>system demos, workshops, and stakeholder sessions</b></li><li>Validate <b>training materials</b>, support knowledge transfer, and capture feedback</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Required Experience</b></p><ul><li>Experience supporting <b>change management for enterprise ERP or large-scale SaaS programs</b></li><li>Experience with <b>Workday OR other ERP platforms</b> (SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, etc.)</li><li>Strong skills in <b>impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and readiness tracking</b></li><li>Familiarity with <b>change methodologies</b> (ADKAR, Prosci, or equivalent)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred</b></p><ul><li><b>Hands-on Workday change experience</b> (HCM, Payroll, Finance)</li><li>Previous <b>long-term contract</b> experience (12+ months)</li><li>Experience working across <b>multiple workstreams or complex programs</b></li></ul>
