The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking an established, proactive, and client-oriented Associate Lawyer to join their team. This role offers flexibility through a cloud-based practice management system, with the expectation that the successful candidate can attend the Tantallon office as needed for client meetings and team collaboration.
You’ll benefit from strong administrative support—with the option to bring a preferred assistant—and the opportunity to develop a practice in most areas of law (excluding criminal). What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience managing your own files and operating with a high degree of autonomy
- Passed the Bar Exam
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- A commitment to delivering top-tier client service
- A positive, team-first attitude
- Licensed and in good standing with the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and able to work from Nova Scotia. Relocation support is not provided; however, lawyers with existing ties to the province—or those independently considering a return—are strongly encouraged to apply.
