Insight Global is seeking a BPM Specialist to join a top aerospace company in Longueuil, QC. This role leads business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying high‑impact opportunities across the organization and driving strategic, customer‑focused solutions. The position partners with cross‑functional and global teams to map business processes, optimize operating models, and implement standardized ways of working. Key responsibilities include leading business process improvement projects, guiding the development and quality control of SOPs and compliance documentation, defining innovative solutions to loosely defined business problems, and deploying ongoing optimization and customer experience initiatives. The role also emphasizes value‑stream mapping, leadership alignment, and embedding best practices and core methodologies to deliver sustainable, enterprise‑wide change beyond a single transformation effort. This role is 5x week onsite in Longueuil, QC.
Required Skills & Experience
– 10–12 years of experience in business process management or continuous improvement
– Six Sigma/process excellence experience
– Proven business transformation & change management experience
– Strong stakeholder influence, communication, and analytical skills
– Hands‑on experience with process documentation (SOPs, Process Maps, SIPOCs)
– Fluent in French and English
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
– Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
– Prior aerospace industry experience
