Customer Implementation Manager (Contract)

Location: Canada (Remote – 100% work from home)

Primary Team Location: Calgary, AB – open Canada wide

Openings: 2

Duration: 6‑month contract (strong possibility of extension)

Hours: 7.5 hours/day

About the Role

We’re seeking a Customer Implementation Manager to act as a Single Point of Contact for delivering customer solutions through a strong governance framework. This role involves coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure successful, low‑risk delivery of telecom solutions to mid‑market customers.

You’ll work in a project-based environment within a collaborative team, supporting network and internet‑based technologies.

Candidates must be located in Canada

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution meetings and communicate delivery status
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners
  • Coordinate vendors and contributors to meet solution milestones
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues
  • Engage stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Resolve escalated client issues during and after implementation
  • Take end‑to‑end accountability for multi‑order and multi‑solution delivery

Must‑Have Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual
  • Strong ability to set expectations and resolve conflict
  • Proven organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  • Government security clearance (Reliability, Secret, etc.)
  • Bilingual (English/French)
  • Project management experience or credentials
  • Customer‑facing or implementation experience
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools
  • Creative and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Telecom or related industry experience
