A busy and growing Toronto-based litigation group is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its expanding practice. The team acts for a diverse client base that includes financial institutions, private corporations, lenders, debtors, receivers, and trustees in bankruptcy, and is looking for a dynamic lawyer with a strong interest in commercial and civil litigation; experience or exposure to bankruptcy, insolvency, and restructuring matters is considered an asset.
