At Synergy Advantage, we are seeking a Forum Sales & Community Engagement Specialist to represent two of our companies across relevant online forums and communities. This role is responsible for engaging potential clients in industry-related discussions, providing helpful and accurate information, and guiding interested prospects toward direct sales conversations via call, email, or other approved channels.

This is a sales-focused role that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, compliance awareness, and the ability to convert engagement into qualified leads and revenue

✨ Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Outreach

  • Conduct research to identify relevant forums and online communities aligned with our target audiences
  • Register accounts where required and engage with forum administrators to ensure compliance with forum rules and approval to participate.
  • Coordinate approval to sell or promote services on forums when permitted, including paid validations or vendor verification processes.
  • Actively monitor and participate in relevant forums, discussion boards, and online communities related to our industries
  • Identify threads where potential clients are discussing needs, challenges, or solutions relevant to our offerings
  • Provide value-driven, informative responses that build credibility and trust
  • Introduce our companies organically when appropriate, without spamming or aggressive promotion

Lead Qualification & Conversion

  • Engage one-on-one with interested users via forum messaging, email, or other approved communication channels
  • Qualify prospects and determine potential fit for our services
  • Move interested leads toward next steps, including scheduling calls, email follow-ups, or handoff to appropriate sales representatives
  • Track and follow up on conversations consistently to ensure no opportunities are missed

Sales Alignment & Accountability

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure consistent messaging and proper lead handoff
  • Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, conversations, leads, and outcomes
  • Meet defined KPIs related to engagement, qualified leads, and conversions

Compliance, QA & Brand Standards

  • Follow all approved scripts, messaging guidelines, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain consistent professionalism in all written and verbal communications
  • Participate in QA reviews and coaching to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
  • Escalate complex questions or sensitive topics appropriately

Marketing Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to secure forum specific promotions, sponsored placements, or advertising opportunities
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for approved messaging, positioning, and forum strategies
  • Assist in setting up dedicated forum threads or vendor sections (where applicable), including coordinating pitch decks, approved messaging, and forum ads (example sponsored threads or banner placements).
  • Utilize marketing-provided content, talking points, and guidance where applicable
  • Provide feedback to marketing on trends, common questions, and opportunities identified in forums.

  • Prior experience in sales, account management, community engagement, or online outreach preferred.
