About Rexi Group
Rexi Group is launching a new AI marketplace and we are looking for a strategic copywriter who can translate positioning into sharp, credible, conversion-focused messaging. You will work closely with leadership and design to ensure the platform communicates clarity, credibility, and confidence from day one.
This is not a blog-writing role. This is foundational narrative work.
Scope of Work
You will work directly with leadership and design to define and implement the messaging architecture across the entire platform.
What You’ll Own
Positioning & Narrative Structure
• Refine and stress-test platform positioning
• Clarify value propositions (vendors & buyers)
• Define messaging hierarchy
• Create consistent tone & voice system
Platform Copy
• Homepage
• Buyer landing pages
• Marketplace category descriptions
• Product feature descriptions
• Trust & credibility sections
• FAQ
UX & Microcopy
• Onboarding flows
• Vendor onboarding guidance
• CTAs
• System messages
• Interface clarity copy
Sales & External Materials
• Vendor pitch deck narrative
• Outreach email templates
What Success Looks Like
• Clear, cohesive messaging across entire platform
• Strong vendor-facing narrative
• Buyer-facing clarity in under 10 seconds
• Platform that feels confident and credible
• No confusion in value proposition
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years in SaaS / tech product messaging
• Experience working with marketplaces or platforms preferred
• Strong understanding of positioning and category creation
• Experience writing UX copy
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Strong collaboration with founders and designers
