Workday Independent Consultant – Time Tracking &/or Absence (Certified)

Partner: EMD – Preferred Workday Services Partner
As a preferred Workday Services Partner, we continue to bring on new client implementations and optimization projects and are seeking independent consultants who specialize in Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence.

What We’re Looking For
- Active Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Certification
- Willingness and ability to transfer certifications under EMD
- Proven experience leading or supporting:
- Full lifecycle implementations
- Tenant builds & configuration
- Business process design
- Testing (unit, parallel, UAT)
- Go-live & post-production support
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
What You’ll Do
- Lead functional design sessions with client stakeholders
- Configure and deploy Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence solutions
- Provide best practice guidance aligned to client business needs
- Support testing, data validation, and issue resolution
- Partner with Payroll, HCM, and other functional workstreams
