Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite (4720 Tahoe Boulevard, Mississauga, Ontario). Rotating Monday/Friday monthly.

About the Role:

We are seeking to support day‑to‑day operations within the Business Banking Fulfillment team. This role involves reviewing credit fulfillment documentation, executing complex transactions, funding requests, and ensuring high‑quality operational support for internal partners. The position offers excellent exposure across business banking, credit operations, and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Must Have Responsibilities:

  • Review, validate, and process credit fulfillment documentation; program and issue funds.
  • Execute complex transactions and overrides with high accuracy while meeting SLA timelines.
  • Escalate operational issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prioritize and manage workload to meet 24‑hour funding SLA and quality control requirements.
  • Support partners with inbound and outbound operational requests and provide policy clarifications.
  • Identify service delivery improvements and analyze root causes of operational issues.
  • Maintain strong understanding of internal policies, regulatory compliance, and industry trends.
  • Protect organizational interests by managing risks and resolving escalated matters.
  • Support change management initiatives, process enhancements, and documentation updates.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Perform additional duties and project‑based tasks as required.

Specialty-Area Duties (as applicable):

Specialty Role:

  • Prepare, review, and process TBO Reports (CAS/Branch follow‑up), Fire Liability reports, Expiry Forecasts, Securities, ARs, and Discharge Securities.

Securities Role:

  • Execute/review securities documentation per policy and SLA standards.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and solicitors.
  • Clarify credit policies, documentation requirements, and risk‑protective standards.

Funding Role – Small Business Banking:

  • Process funding for business credit products ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely disbursement and issue resolution.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of overall experience in operations, credit, or banking roles.
  • Experience working in SLA‑driven environments.
  • Strong collaborative and coachable mindset.
  • Exposure to credit and corporate banking operations preferred.

Education

  • Post‑secondary degree preferred.
