Compensation Transparency

Expected total annual compensation for this role is $80,000 to $100,000+

Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commissions and incentives. Actual earnings will vary based on experience, results, and overall contribution.

Position Overview:

We’re hiring a Recruiting Manager to lead our core delivery team. In this role,

you’ll be responsible for guiding a team of recruiters to achieve strong

performance, stay aligned with company goals, and deliver measurable results.

This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on team success and

company growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage a team of sales recruiters, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional development.
  • Recruit & Onboard: Hire and train new recruiters as we scale, ensuring they ramp

up effectively and align with company values.

  • Drive Results: Set, track, and achieve individual and team KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Process & Performance Optimization: Analyze recruiting metrics and workflows to

improve speed, quality, and fill rates.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with account management and leadership

teams to align hiring goals with client needs and company strategy.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years proven success managing a team of outbound recruiters in a headhunting or

executive search agency and is a MUST HAVE.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of the sales recruiting lifecycle
  • Natural leadership skills: empathetic, direct, and accountability-driven
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • A bias toward action and continuous improvement
