We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Business Analyst to join our innovative Training Center Operations Experience team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in business analysis and/or as a Salesforce functional analyst, with solid experience in understanding and documenting business processes, facilitating discovery workshops, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Familiarity with modern software standards and experience working with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and UX specialists, are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements in devops stories
• Adequate understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, primarily the flow for lead to revenue in CPQ and/or Revenue Cloud (i.e. product structure, pricing, opportunities, quotes, contract generation)
• Collaborate with Salesforce Functional Analyst, Developer, Architect and Delivery Manager
• Ensure salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards
• Participate (provide guidelines and support) in Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing and End-User Training
• Validate solutions with business once solutions are deployed to production
• Assist with gathering feedback from business on bugs, experience, and opportunity to improve business experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering;
• At least five years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field;
• Solid understanding of business process redesign concepts and process improvement techniques;
• Skills in research, requirement elicitation, analysis, synthesis, process mapping and documentation;
• Strong problem-solving, listening, written and verbal communication, and decision-making skills;
• Proven experience in agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban);
• Proficiency with tools for process mapping (Lucidchart, Visio), and product development (Azure DevOps, Jira);
• Ability to understand, collaborate and communicate effectively with other teams and project stakeholders;
• At ease in a fast-paced & changing environment with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain good relationships with cross-functional stakeholders;
• Experience within aviation training or other aviation industries an asset.
