<p>Here at Focus Cloud we are seeking an experienced <b>Change Manager</b> for a long-term <b>12–18 month contract</b> supporting a complex <b>enterprise ERP transformation</b>. <b>Workday change management experience is strongly preferred</b>, however senior change professionals with experience across other ERP or SaaS platforms will also be considered.</p><p><br></p><p>This role leads change activities across one or more workstreams and partners closely with project, product, and business leaders to drive readiness, adoption, and sustained change.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Lead <b>end-to-end change management</b> for assigned <b>Workday / ERP workstreams</b></li><li>Own and execute <b>change strategies</b> including impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training alignment</li><li>Conduct and oversee <b>change impact assessments</b> across roles, processes, and policies</li><li>Translate change impacts into <b>clear, actionable recommendations</b> for leaders and sponsors</li><li>Track and report on <b>readiness, adoption, risks, and resistance</b> using dashboards and logs</li><li>Partner closely with <b>project managers, product teams, training, and communications</b> to align delivery with organizational readiness</li><li>Facilitate <b>stakeholder workshops, system demos, and engagement sessions</b> to address concerns and gather feedback</li><li>Validate training materials, support knowledge transfer, and contribute to post-go-live adoption and stabilization</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Required Experience</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a <b>Change Manager</b> on <b>enterprise ERP or large-scale technology transformations</b></li><li>Experience leading change across <b>multiple workstreams or stakeholder groups</b></li><li>Strong capability in <b>impact assessment, stakeholder management, and readiness planning</b></li><li>Familiarity with structured change methodologies (<b>Prosci / ADKAR or equivalent</b>)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Preferred</b></p><ul><li><b>Workday change management experience</b> (HCM, Payroll, Finance modules)</li><li>Experience with other ERP platforms (<b>SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, etc.</b>)</li><li>Previous <b>long-term contract experience</b> (12+ months)</li></ul>
