This role oversees onboarding, manages communications, coordinates deliverables, and ensures a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding calls and guide new clients through setup processes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, support, and follow-ups
  • Collect and organize client materials for project execution
  • Assist with curating menus, websites, and related deliverables
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure timelines are met
  • Manage client inboxes, requests, and issue resolution professionally
  • Delegate internal tasks and track progress across teams
  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute copywriting when needed
  • Represent the company confidently on camera for client or brand-facing content

Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify or comparable platforms preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-service mindset with professionalism and empathy
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and grow within the role
  • Comfortable on camera with polished presentation skills
  • Background in marketing, client relations, or operations is an asset
