<p><b>Technical Project Manager / Solutions Consultant — Epicor ERP</b></p><p>We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Solutions Consultant to join a growing Epicor ERP partner organization. This is a client-facing role focused on scoping projects, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and preparing accurate customer quotes — not hands-on development.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll act as the bridge between clients and the delivery team/ development team, ensuring projects are properly architected and aligned before execution. You’ll work alongside a large, experienced Epicor consulting and development team, giving you strong internal support and collaboration.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><p>• Lead discovery conversations with clients to understand business and technical requirements</p><p> • Architect high-level Epicor solutions and define project scope</p><p> • Prepare accurate project estimates and customer quotes</p><p> • Translate client needs into clear documentation for delivery teams</p><p> • Collaborate with consultants and developers to validate feasibility and approach</p><p> • Support project planning and technical oversight through delivery</p><p> • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on Epicor best practices</p><p><br></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><p>• Strong working knowledge of Epicor ERP environments and architecture</p><p> • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts (integrations, customizations, data flows) without hands-on coding responsibilities</p><p> • Experience in client-facing consulting, project management, or solution architecture roles</p><p> • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</p><p> • Ability to balance technical feasibility with business requirements</p><p><br></p><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><p>• Base salary: $80,000–$85,000</p><p> • Opportunity to work with a well-established Epicor partner and a collaborative, experienced team</p><p> • Exposure to diverse Epicor projects across multiple industries</p><p> • Clear growth path within a supportive organization</p>
