Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified)
- Accurately label, scan, and track inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift to 60 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- English and Spanish speaking
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
