About the opportunity:
The Process Analyst is responsible for deploying, controlling, and maintaining accurate documentation of supply chain processes. This role involves evaluating, measuring, executing, monitoring, and controlling business processes to enhance overall performance, and identifying areas for cost, productivity, or compliance improvements. Additionally, the Process Specialist supports the certification and audit process as needed.
The attributes we are looking for:
- Document Management. Ensure all Supply Chain IT systems’ processes are documented and properly stored, categorized, and accessible. Define a review period and/or update documentation as required to ensure that it is maintained and up to date.
- Supply Chain Certification. Support the Supply Chain team in new facility start-ups, audits, and re-certification of all relevant certifications aligned with Lactalis Canada Quality Team.
- Compliance: Run regular reporting and perform internal audits to ensure process compliance and implement corrective action plans for non-compliance. Support internal and external audits as required.
- Evaluation of Current Processes: Review and analyze existing processes to identify gaps, opportunities for cost savings, increased productivity, and compliance with business standards.
- Develop and Implement Process Change: Design with the direction of the process owner, and implement new procedures to enhance productivity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Training and Support. Develop and facilitate training and resource guides to support key users on documented processes, ensuring consistency across the supply chain network. Promote the adoption of new systems and processes to achieve expected outcomes.
- Project Work. Support project implementation by participating in defining the scope the work, identifying potential issues, and training key users to adopt new systems and processes effectively.
What you will bring:
- University degree or College diploma in Business Management, IT or equivalent experience
- Intermediate level in CGA/CMA program preferred
- Minimum 1 – 3 years Supply Chain experience
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts of business processes and information systems
- Self-motivated, resourceful and with a methodical, thorough approach to researching all aspects of an issue
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to operate standard office applications such as Microsoft Office programs, MS Outlook, MS Teams, with advanced MS Excel skills. This job description is intended to summarize the overall level of responsibility of the job and is not an exhaustive list of all the duties performed.

Compensation:
As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is $70,100 – $87,600+.
Please note: Along with a comprehensive Total Rewards package, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and be based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
