Must-Have:
- Bilingual
- Proficiency in Excel/comfortable with formulas

- Somebody who has Power BI or Task by Planner knowledge

JOB PURPOSE
Reporting into the Senior Manager of Service Delivery, Talent Development, the Learning Associate provides support in the planning, organization, assessment, development and implementation of key instructor-led learning initiatives in Talent Development. The Learning Associate is accountable, in partnership with the Senior Advisor/Program Manager, Talent Development, for delivering on the following key accountabilities and providing direct support to the Leadership Team on any other matters related to the successful management and operation of the team.
