Description
<p><b>GAGNÉ MÉTAL</b> is seeking a <b>Carpenter / Joiner</b> to join its installation team. The selected candidate will participate in the fabrication and installation of exterior wood structures such as balconies, decks, stairs, and related components, working closely with our welders and metal installers/assemblers.<br></p>
<b>Responsibilities</b>
<ul>

<p>Install <b>wooden balconies and decks</b> according to provided plans</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Perform <b>exterior carpentry</b> and<b> joinery work</b>: assembly, cutting, fitting, and finishing</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with metal installation teams</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Maintain a <b>clean, safe worksite</b> in compliance with safety standards</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work independently while following the directions of the team leader</p>
</li>
</ul>
<b>Required Qualifications</b>

<p>Ability to read technical drawings and take precise measurements</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><b>High school diploma</b> or equivalent training</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Proficiency in French (required)</p>
</li>

<b>Working Conditions</b>
