The team needs someone with active certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Workday Adaptive Planning system, ensuring its optimal performance and availability. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the system to meet the specific needs of the organization, including building models, reports, and dashboards.
- Oversee the integration of data from various sources into Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or questions related to the system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function and implement solutions within the Workday Adaptive Planning system.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Ensure that the system complies with all relevant regulations and internal security policies
- Work closely with finance, IT, and other business units to understand their needs and ensure the system meets their requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar financial planning systems.
- Proficiency in system administration, data integration, and report building within Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Certifications: Workday Adaptive Planning certification
