The Role

You’ll own searches end-to-end for high-growth, venture and PE-backed companies. Every hire moves the needle. That means you need to be sharp, fast, and deeply consultative to the startup founders, hiring managers, and operators you will work with. This is not about filling seats, you’re shaping leadership teams and building the engine behind companies on their way to something BIG.
