We create modern, AI-powered tools to help electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople learn the trade, pass licensing exams, earn certifications, and advance their careers.</p><p><br></p><p>We’ve supported over 20,000 learners across 80+ schools, unions, and training programs in the U.S. and Canada, working with both individual students and the institutions that train them.</p><p><br></p><p><b>The Opportunity</b></p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product development, content operations, and product marketing across our platform.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll work directly with our engineering team to define and ship the features that drive user growth and retention. You’ll build the content systems and AI pipelines that make our curriculum the most accurate, up-to-date exam prep in the trades. And you’ll make sure our users actually know about and adopt what we build. All three sides of this role compound on each other: better product brings in more learners, better content keeps them, better marketing makes it all visible.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a high-ownership role for a strong generalist: someone who thinks clearly about product, executes operationally, learns fast, and moves quickly using AI tools. You’ll report directly to the Founder.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What Youll Do</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Product</b></p><ul><li>Own the feature development process from idea to launch – writing specs, coordinating with engineering, and following through to shipping</li><li>Identify gaps and opportunities in our existing apps through user feedback, metrics, and your own product instincts</li><li>Prioritize ruthlessly across a wide backlog of features, improvements, and integrations</li><li>Drive QA and launch readiness for new releases</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Product Marketing</b></p><ul><li>Own feature adoption – make sure users know about new features and actually use them</li><li>Write and manage in-app & push messaging, release notes, onboarding flows, and email campaigns tied to new launches</li><li>Manage app store & website presence for new product releases – ASO, SEO, screenshots, descriptions, and ratings strategy</li><li>Work with the Founder on positioning, messaging, and growth initiatives</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Content Operations</b></p><ul><li>Build and manage AI-powered workflows for producing, reviewing, and updating exam questions, curriculum, and learning content</li><li>Design quality control systems that ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity at scale</li><li>Coordinate with subject-matter experts to turn technical knowledge into structured learning materials</li><li>Own content updates as codes, exams, and licensing standards change</li><li>Maintain our education library, question banks, and course structures</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What Youll Bring</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>3 to 5+ years of experience in product management or a high-output startup environment</li><li>Fast learner, ability to pick up new domains quickly and contribute before youre fully up to speed</li><li>Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal direction and ambiguity</li><li>Strong systems thinking – you turn messy, manual processes into clean, repeatable ones</li><li>Experience working with subject-matter experts or technical counterparts</li><li>Exceptional written communication – your specs, docs, and messages are clear and concise</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>AI & Technical Literacy</b></p><ul><li>You understand how LLMs work — context windows, token limits, prompt structure, model behavior — and can design workflows around their strengths and limitations</li><li>You’ve used tools like Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini to build repeatable, automated workflows</li><li>You’ll use Claude Code to prototype, test ideas, and move fast without always needing an engineer</li><li>You understand how software is built and can hold a technical conversation without needing things translated for you</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Why Join</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Help solve one of the biggest workforce crises in North America: the skilled trades shortage</li><li>Competitive base salary and high equity</li><li>Fully remote and flexible</li><li>High ownership from day one – you’ll shape product, content, and marketing</li><li>Direct access to the Founder with real influence over company direction</li></ul>
