Client Services CoordinatorArtemis Recruitment is looking for a Client Services Coordinator for one of its clients in the commercial furniture sector, located in Ottawa. Permanent position, collaborative and dynamic work environment. Benefits: Permanent position – hybrid (1 day in office) – health benefits – 3 weeks of vacation – collaborative environment – dynamic team – stability – professional development opportunitiesSchedule: 8:30?AM to 4:30?PM, 30?min lunch break – 37.5 hours/weekSalary: $50,000 to $55,000/year Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding daily project updates and inquiries- Support sales representatives during client meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs as needed- Coordinate deliveries, warehousing, and installations with logistics and operations teams- Communicate with installation partners to confirm site readiness and manpower needs- Monitor schedules and proactively identify risks or delays- Manage multiple commercial furniture projects simultaneously from order to final delivery- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including purchase orders and change follow-ups- Review vendor invoices and ensure alignment with client billing- Support project close-out and financial follow-up- Perform various administrative tasks as needed Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in commercial furniture, design, or construction- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and technical drawings- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities- Team player with professionalism and accountability- Client-oriented mindset *Masculine form used for readability purposes only.Artemis Recruitment provides high-standard recruitment services specializing in accounting, finance, and administrative positions for temporary and permanent roles.Our recruiters are proactive, fast, efficient, and professional.
