Qui sommes-nous?

Harry Hope, c’est un cabinet de recrutement spécialisé présent en France, au Canada et à l’international. On est passés de 4 personnes en 2019 à plus de 270 aujourd’hui – et notre croissance au Québec ne fait que commencer.

On développe actuellement notre division Construction & Ingénierie, et on cherche quelqu’un qui veut faire plus que recruter : on cherche quelqu’un qui veut bâtir SON marché.

Ton rôle (le vrai)

C’est un poste 360°. Donc oui, tu recrutes… mais surtout tu développes.

Tu deviens le contact recrutement pour ton secteur. Avec le temps, les clients t’appellent avant même d’afficher un poste.

Développement d’affaires

  • Prospecter et développer ton portefeuille clients
  • Comprendre les projets (et pas juste les descriptions de poste)
  • Négocier tes mandats
  • Devenir un conseiller crédible pour tes partenaires

Recrutement spécialisé

  • Chasser des profils techniques (chargés de projets, ingénieurs, estimateurs, surintendants…)
  • Faire des entrevues pertinentes (pas juste lire un CV)
  • Conseiller tes clients sur leur marché
  • Accompagner candidats et clients jusqu’à l’embauche

On cherche quelqu’un qui…

  • A 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en recrutement, vente B2B ou industrie construction/ingénierie
  • Est à l’aise au téléphone et en rencontre client
  • Aime convaincre (et se faire dire oui… après quelques non)
  • Est autonome et compétitif(ve)
  • Veut gagner des commissions et contrôler son revenu
  • Parle français et anglais

(L’expérience en agence de recrutement = gros plus, mais pas obligatoire)

Who we are

Harry Hope is an international specialized recruitment firm operating in France, Canada, and 4 other countries. We grew from 4 employees in 2019 to 270+ today, and our Quebec market is just getting started !

We are currently building our Construction & Engineering division, and we’re not just hiring a recruiter: We’re hiring someone who wants to build their own market.

The role

This is a full 360° role. Yes – you recruit. But you also develop business.

Over time, clients call you before posting a job because you become their go-to recruitment partner !

Business development

  • Prospect and grow your client portfolio
  • Understand projects, not just job descriptions
  • Negotiate and close mandates
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your partners

Specialized recruitment

  • Headhunt technical profiles (Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, Superintendents)
  • Conduct meaningful interviews
  • Advise clients on their hiring strategy and market reality
  • Support candidates and clients through the full hiring process

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, B2B sales, or the construction/engineering industry
  • Is comfortable speaking with clients and candidates daily
  • Enjoys influencing and negotiating
  • Is autonomous, driven and competitive
  • Wants control over their earning potential
  • Is bilingual (French/English)

(Agency recruitment experience = a strong plus, but not required)
