About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator with experience in Wealth Management, Treasury, or Banking operations. This is a support-focused PM role—ideal for someone who excels at facilitation, coordinating stakeholders, documenting requirements, and supporting senior PMs, rather than hands‑on solutioning.

The candidate will help drive initiatives within Wealth/Treasury application teams, ensuring smooth coordination among stakeholders, capturing key insights, and contributing to the successful build‑out of wealth management processes and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate meetings with business, technology, and stakeholder groups across Wealth/Treasury functions.
  • Gather, document, and organize business requirements, meeting notes, decisions, and action items.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure timelines, expectations, and deliverables are aligned.
  • Support senior Project Managers with project tracking, reporting, and status updates.
  • Assist in building and enhancing wealth management workflows (e.g., settlements, lending, account opening).
  • Maintain clear project documentation including content advisory notes, requirement summaries, and stakeholder inputs.
  • Work closely with Wealth Management SMEs to understand business functions and product flows.
  • Provide day‑to‑day project coordination support for clients in the financial/wealth sector (e.g., Morgan Stanley‑type environments).
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Identify gaps, escalate risks, and help maintain project hygiene and quality.

Must‑Have Skills

  • 5-6 years’ experience as Junior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Business Coordinator.
  • Exposure to Wealth Management, Treasury, Banking, or Brokerage operations.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Settlements
  • Lending/Banking workflows
  • Brokerage and account opening
  • Content advisory or financial documentation
  • Strong stakeholder coordination & communication skills.
  • Ability to capture and organize notes, decisions, and requirements accurately.
  • Experience working in support/project coordination roles (not hands‑on solutioning).
  • Familiarity with project documentation, requirement gathering, and PMO support.
