<p>Senior Lead Consultant – Oracle Cloud HCM (Payroll – Canada)</p><p><b>Calling all Canadian payroll experts</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Role Summary</b></p><p><br></p><p>The <b>Senior Lead Consultant, Oracle Cloud HCM (Payroll)</b> will serve as the <b>technical payroll lead</b> for a long-term Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementation focused exclusively on <b>Canadian payroll</b>. This role is ideal for a hands-on Oracle Payroll expert with deep experience in <b>data conversions, configurations, and technical payroll delivery</b>. The candidate can be a US citizen, but must know Canadian Payroll.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a <b>100% remote role</b> with <b>no travel required</b>. The engagement is a <b>2-year project</b>, offering long-term stability while working on a complex, enterprise-level Oracle Cloud Payroll program.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Act as the <b>technical payroll lead</b> for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations focused on <b>Canadian payroll</b></li><li>Own <b>payroll configuration, setup, and data conversion activities</b> within Oracle Cloud Payroll</li><li>Lead and execute <b>payroll data conversions</b>, including legacy system analysis, mapping, validation, and reconciliation</li><li>Configure payroll elements, balances, deductions, taxes, statutory requirements, and retro pay aligned with <b>Canadian payroll legislation</b></li><li>Partner with technical teams to support integrations, inbound/outbound payroll data flows, and validation processes</li><li>Support payroll testing cycles including unit testing, system testing, UAT, and parallel payroll runs</li><li>Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues and resolve technical and data-related defects</li><li>Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and scalability across environments (test and production)</li><li>Maintain detailed payroll and conversion documentation</li><li>Support post-go-live stabilization and ongoing payroll optimization</li><li>Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li><b>5–6+ years</b> of hands-on experience delivering <b>Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll</b></li><li>Strong expertise in <b>Canadian payroll</b> (statutory deductions, taxes, compliance, and reporting)</li><li>Proven experience with <b>payroll data conversions</b> for Oracle Cloud HCM</li><li>Deep technical understanding of Oracle Payroll configuration and payroll processing</li><li>Experience supporting full-cycle Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and functional teams</li><li>Experience with Oracle implementation partners or consulting environments preferred</li><li><b>Canadian citizenship required</b></li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Role Details</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li><b>Location:</b> 100% Remote (Canada)</li><li><b>Travel:</b> None</li><li><b>Project Length:</b> 2 years</li><li><b>Work Type:</b> Long-term project engagement</li><li><b>Focus:</b> Technical Oracle Cloud Payroll & Data Conversions</li></ul>
