What you’ll do
You’ll lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI‑powered products. Working with engineering, data science, UI/UX teams, and business partners, you’ll turn complex AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions that solve real problems. You’ll guide products from discovery through launch and ongoing optimisation, ensuring they’re intuitive, trusted, and valuable.
You’ll help shape products such as:
- Smart Library / RAG knowledge systems
- Agentic AI coworkers
- AI‑driven workflow automation
- Cross‑system AI connectors
How you’ll succeed
- Drive product direction Set vision, priorities, and success measures. Make informed trade‑offs based on user needs, technical constraints, and business value.
- Turn AI into usable solutions Translate advanced AI/ML capabilities into clear product requirements and user‑centric experiences. Ensure products are understandable, trustworthy, and aligned with real‑world workflows.
- Lead discovery Work with users and stakeholders to uncover pain points, trust factors, and opportunities for AI augmentation. Convert insights into actionable product decisions.
- Guide execution Partner closely with engineering and UI/UX teams to shape solutions, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly using prototypes, experiments, and data.
- Shape AI interaction patterns Help define how users interact with AI systems — including explainability, control, error handling, feedback loops, and personalisation.
- Support consistency and scale Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that keep our AI product suite cohesive and scalable.

Skills & experience
- Strong background in product management or related roles within complex digital or AI/ML‑powered products.
- 2+ years working directly with AI/ML features, platforms, or user experiences.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear product requirements and user value.
- Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals (e.g., RAG, LLMs, model behaviour, trust & safety).
- Experience working closely with UI/UX teams and engineering to deliver end‑to‑end product experiences.
- Comfortable operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
