<p><b>Job Title:</b> Duckcreek Policy QA Lead</p><p><b>Skills:</b> Duckcreek, Policy, SQL</p><p><b>Experience:</b> 10+ years</p><p><b>Location:</b> Remote</p><p><b>Duration:</b> Fulltime</p><p><br></p><p>We at Coforge are hiring Duckcreek Policy QA Lead with the following skillset :</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Key Skills & Competencies </b></p><ul><li>Deep expertise in Duck Creek Policy (Author, transactions, rules, forms, XML).</li><li>Strong domain knowledge in P&C Insurance (Auto, Property, Specialty).</li><li>Hands-on testing experience across Policyholder and Producer portals.</li><li>Strong SQL skills for backend validation.</li><li>Understanding of DevOps pipelines and CI/CD testing workflows.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and defect management abilities.</li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Experience Requirement </b></p><ul><li>10+ years overall QA experience.</li><li>3–5+ years hands on with Duck Creek Policy.</li><li>Experience leading distributed QA teams.</li><li>Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum frameworks is mandatory.</li></ul><p></p>
