ROLE MISSION
As a Talent Acquisition and Management Advisor, you will play a key role in our growth by actively contributing to the sourcing, identification, assessment, and recruitment of our team members – while also supporting their integration and overall employee journey.
Responsabilities :
Talent Acquisition and Attraction

Source, identify, attract, assess, and recruit talent using innovative search and networking strategies (internal referrals, job postings, events, social media, etc.).

Build and maintain talent pipelines for our strategic roles.

Ensure an optimized recruitment process that delivers a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

In collaboration with our marketing team, develop recruitment campaigns to promote our culture and opportunities across social media.

Participate in campus recruitment and contribute to innovative talent acquisition strategies.
Talent Management

Oversee new hire onboarding: coordinate start dates, uniform orders, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless integration experience.

Provide an exceptional employee experience by building trusting relationships with teams and proposing initiatives to enhance well-being and job satisfaction.

Contribute to performance management initiatives.
Job requirements

3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in the construction industry.

Relevant degree in Human Sciences or a related field.

Excellent listening skills and a genuine interest in people.

You enjoy working independently and taking initiative.

You thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

You love using your creativity to design digital content for platforms like Facebook and TikTok.

You have strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
