<p><b>Workday Finance Project Manager – Contract</b></p><p><br></p><p>Our client is a global Tier 1 Systems Integrator with projects in Canada and we are looking for someone at the Senior Consultant level with <b>Workday Student Information Systems, or integration experience with Workday HCM/FIN in Higher Education.</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>This role is based in Vancouver, BC Canada and is fully remote from within Canada working PST hours.</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>Role and Level</b></p><p>Senior Consultant level</p><p><b>Role Start Date</b></p><p>ASAP Feb. 2026</p><p><b>Role End Date</b></p><p>6 months</p><p><b>No. Hrs/Days/Week?</b></p><p>40/week</p><p><b>Rate – $Market</b></p><p><b>Remote within Canada – EST zone hours</b></p><p><b>No clearance required</b></p><p><b>Travel</b> – flexible to travel based on project requirements</p><p><br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead and deliver Workday implementation and optimization projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Workday projects, with <b>Workday Finance</b> experience considered a strong asset. Experience in the <b>Higher Education </b>industry is also highly desirable.</p><p> </p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end Workday project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful Workday implementations and enhancements.</li><li>Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.</li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Ensure alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and best practices.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Proven experience managing Workday projects, preferably in a consulting or client-facing environment.</li><li>Workday Finance module experience is an asset.</li><li>Experience in the Higher Education industry is an asset.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><b>Only candidates who currently reside in Canada will be considered.</b></p><p><b>Contractors must be incorporated or named as director to a Canadian corporation.</b></p>
