Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform financial reconciliations and ensure accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
  • Use Power BI to analyze data, build dashboards, and deliver insights that support decision‑making.
  • Lead and support process reengineering initiatives to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional team members to identify gaps, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
  • Contribute to the modernization of current financial processes and tools.

    Job Requirements:

    Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or related field.
  • Proven experience in Power BI and Sage 300.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial reconciliations and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
