We’re looking for an Implementation & Business Consultant to join our Professional Services team. Reporting to the Head of Professional Services, the Implementation Consultant will be responsible for guiding new clients through the successful onboarding and adoption of Maximizer CRM.

This role is ideally suited for someone with deep experience in the Canadian wealth advisory and/or insurance markets, who can bridge the gap between business needs and CRM-enabled processes. While technical CRM experience is valuable, this role is fundamentally rooted in business consulting, process design, and client advisory.

This is a part-time contract role (~20 hours/week) with strong potential to evolve into a full-time position as our client base continues to grow.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead onboarding engagements for new clients (typically wealth or insurance firms with 2–8 advisors)
  • Assess client business processes and translate them into effective CRM workflows and configurations
  • Provide consultative guidance on best practices for client management, sales processes, and data structure
  • Partner with internal teams to design and implement CRM solutions aligned to client needs
  • Deliver training sessions (virtual and/or onsite) to drive user adoption and long-term success
  • Support clients through early-stage implementation and adoption, ensuring a smooth transition

What you’ll bring:

  • Significant experience in the Canadian wealth advisory and/or insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of advisor workflows, client lifecycle management, and regulatory considerations
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured processes or systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A consultative mindset with the ability to guide clients through change and adoption
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, growing environment with evolving priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or other advisor-focused CRMs)
  • Direct experience in insurance, or a combination of both insurance and wealth management
  • Previous experience in implementation, consulting, or client onboarding roles
  • Familiarity with data migration, CRM configuration, or workflow design
