Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong relationships with legal professionals and clients across various practice areas.
  • Conduct proactive business development, including market research, outreach, and strategic cold calling to generate new opportunities.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels, including Recruiter and direct outreach.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients to ensure a high level of service and long-term relationship building.
  • Track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments within the legal sector.

Skills and Experience

  • Recruitment/Sales Background: 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a client-facing role (legal recruitment experience is a strong asset).
  • Business Development: Proven ability or strong desire to engage in cold outreach, networking, and building new business relationships.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for client and candidate engagement.
  • Drive & Motivation: Results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets in a commission-driven environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Interest in Legal Industry: A genuine interest in legal recruitment and helping grow a specialized division.
