Micronetbd helps global brands deliver impactful solutions on Salesforce and Specright for packaging and supply chain teams. We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who can manage, optimize, and support Salesforce environments while ensuring smooth business operations.

In this role, you will work closely with developers, consultants, and business stakeholders to maintain system integrity, improve processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

What you will do

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce (objects, fields, layouts, flows, validation rules)
  • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions
  • Build and optimize Flows, Process Builder (or Flow replacements), and automation
  • Support data management activities including imports, cleansing, and validation
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business insights
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing user support
  • Collaborate with developers and consultants on enhancements and releases
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance
  • Assist with basic integrations and system enhancements

What you bring

  • 3–4 years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, validation rules, profiles, etc.)
  • Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, imports/exports)
  • Understanding of Salesforce security model
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into solutions
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
  • Experience working in multi-org or complex environments
  • Familiarity with integrations and third-party tools
  • Exposure to Specright or supply chain domain is a plus
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
