Your Mission
Drive revenue and grow partnerships across Canada while supporting targeted marketing initiatives. You will:
- Convert existing leads into paying clients
- Generate new prospects and build pipeline opportunities
- Sell UXBs, bundles, prenatal packages, subscription programs, and business training packages
- Support marketing efforts including email campaigns, social media posts, digital ads, and print collateral
- Track results in CRM and provide insights to optimize outreach and campaigns
This is a results-driven, performance-focused role. Success is measured by your ability to close deals and expand the business.
What You’ll Be Selling / Promoting
- Direct product sales: UXBs and accessories
- Package and class bundles: UXB plus live or virtual classes
- Prenatal packages: pregnancy-safe programs
- Virtual class subscriptions: monthly access
- Safety and replacement subscriptions: annual subscription for multi-ball clients
- Business training packages: specialized UXB training bundles for corporate, wellness, and fitness clients
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Outreach (Primary Focus)
- Prospect, follow up, and convert leads into paying clients
- Articulate UXB’s value and benefits to close deals
- Track all sales activity in CRM
Marketing Support (To Drive Sales)
- Create and schedule email campaigns and social posts to nurture leads
- Maintain CRM and reporting to track outreach effectiveness
- Assist with print and digital collateral for demos and client meetings
- Support targeted digital campaigns to hotels, clinics, and workplace wellness programs
Collaboration & Optimization
- Provide insights to the founder to optimize outreach, demos, and marketing efforts
- Identify bottlenecks or opportunities to improve lead conversion
Who You Are
- Motivated by hitting revenue targets and closing deals
- Experienced in B2B sales, business development, and sales-focused marketing support
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Organized, independent, and results-oriented
- Passionate about wellness, fitness, or health-focused businesses
