Role: SAP EAM Consultant

Location: Remote(EST Hours)

Type: Contract

Rate: CAD80/hr CAD90/hr

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM Consultant to lead and support SAP S/4 2025 Upgrade projects. The role involves owning the SAP S/4HANA EAM module for clients, providing expert consulting services, and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary owner for SAP S/4HANA EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) modules across client engagements.
  • Lead and support SAP S/4 2025 upgrade and implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Provide expert advisory and consulting services to clients to ensure a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, systems, and process preferences.
  • Translate business requirements into effective SAP EAM solutions.
  • Participate in and support testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and ensure solution quality.
  • Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and go‑live activities as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 7–10 years of hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM module.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA upgrades and/or full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong understanding of EAM business processes and SAP best practices.
  • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or delivery role.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA 2025 upgrade projects.
  • Exposure to integrated SAP modules and end‑to‑end asset management processes.
  • Ability to work independently and in a client‑facing environment.
