Role: Document Solution Lead
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
“Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and lead end-to-end document generation solutions using SmartCOMM.
Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable document solutions.
Lead and mentor developers, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices.
Integrate SmartCOMM with upstream and downstream systems (policy, claims, correspondence).
Support document lifecycle management including templates, rules, data mapping, and output delivery.
Collaborate with QA, business, and architecture teams to ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with SmartCOMM (lead or senior developer role).
Expertise in end-to-end document solution implementation (design through deployment).
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, scripting, and document composition concepts.
Experience with enterprise system integrations and batch/real-time document generation.
Good to Have:
Prior experience working with P&C Insurance clients (policies, claims, underwriting, billing).
Onshore-client interaction and stakeholder management experience.”
